We agree exactly what's needed, including whether a bone graft is required, with a full price before anything goes ahead. Spread the cost with 0% finance over 12 months if you'd like.
Implant placement
The implant is placed gently under local anaesthetic. Most patients are surprised how comfortable it is.

How much do implants cost?

Can I spread the cost?
Yes. We offer 0% finance over 12 months through Tabeo, subject to status. A single implant works out at around £167 per month. Just ask at your consultation and we'll set it up.
Does it hurt?
We numb the area first, so most patients are surprised how comfortable it is. There can be a little soreness afterwards, which settles quickly, and we'll give you everything you need to stay comfortable.
Do I need a bone graft?
Sometimes, sometimes not. It depends on how much bone you have, which we can only see properly on your CBCT scan. If you do need one, we'll explain exactly why and what it costs before anything goes ahead.
How long does the whole process take?
Placement is usually one appointment, then a healing period of a few months before your final tooth is fitted. We'll give you exact timings for your case at your consultation.
Will I be without teeth while it heals?
We'll talk through temporary options at your consultation so you're not left uncomfortable with a gap while you heal.
How long do implants last?
Looked after well, implants can last many years, often decades. We'll show you exactly how to care for them.
Are implants safe? Do they work?
Implants have a very high success rate and are a well-established treatment. We assess your suitability carefully first, because doing it properly is what makes it last.
I wear dentures. Can I have implants instead?
Often yes. Many of our patients come to us tired of dentures moving around. We'd need a quick look and a scan to confirm what suits you.
Can I get implants on the NHS?

Do I need to travel abroad?
