£1,795
per tooth
Implant, abutment and crown — all included. No tiers. No upgrade menu.

Most clinics show you a price ladder and hope you climb it. We place one standard of implant — planned digitally, guided by a surgical guide we design and 3D-print in-house — at one price.

The Millineer Fixed Quote Promise

No surprises. Ever.

Every mouth is different. Some patients need bone grafting or a sinus lift before an implant can be placed — something we can only confirm after your 3D scan. So here is our promise:

After your scan, you receive a written fixed quote. That number will not change. Most patients pay exactly £1,795 per tooth. If your case needs more, you'll know the full figure before you commit to anything.

Bone graft (minor, at time of placement)£400
PRF socket preservation£400
Internal (crestal) sinus lift£1,000
Lateral sinus lift£1,200
Block bone graft£1,200

These are only added where clinically necessary — and always quoted in writing before treatment begins.

Real patients. Real results.

You will never leave without teeth. Every full-mouth patient goes home with teeth on the day of surgery — a well-fitted temporary denture is included. Where implant stability allows, a fixed temporary bridge can be placed the same day (optional add-on: £850, only charged if placed). Your surgeon confirms on the day — we will never compromise the long-term result for a same-day photo.

Who's treating you

One surgeon, from first scan to final smile

Dr Wonhee Youn placing dental implants in surgery

Dr Wonhee Youn, BDS

At Millineer, the clinician who plans your treatment is the clinician who carries it out. Dr Youn takes your 3D scan, plans your implant position digitally, designs and 3D-prints your surgical guide in-house, places your implants and fits your final teeth — the same pair of hands at every stage, in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

There are no handovers between departments and no rotating surgeons. Because the guide is designed by the person who will use it, nothing is lost in translation between the plan and your surgery — and the person who quotes your price is the person who stands behind it.

Why Millineer

One surgeon, start to finish

You are planned, operated on and reviewed by the same clinician — not passed down a chain.

Designed & printed in-house

Your surgical guide is designed and 3D-printed by the surgeon who places your implant. Precision isn't outsourced.

PRF healing as standard practice

We use your own blood-derived growth factors (PRF) where beneficial, to protect and accelerate healing.

Questions, answered

Why is your price lower than some clinics' "premium" tiers?

Because we don't run tiers for single implants. We design and 3D-print our own surgical guides in-house rather than paying a lab, and we pass that saving to you. Every patient gets the same standard of implant and the same guided precision.

Will I definitely pay £1,795?

Most patients do. If your scan shows you need bone grafting or a sinus lift first, we'll give you a written fixed quote before anything begins — and that figure will not change.

Is finance available?

Yes — 0% finance over 12 months is available. If you'd like to spread the cost over a longer term, speak to us at your consultation and we'll talk through your options.

Do you offer teeth in a day?

Where implant stability allows, yes — a fixed temporary bridge can be placed on the day of surgery. Where it doesn't, you'll still go home with teeth: a well-fitted temporary denture is included. We decide on the day, based on what protects your long-term result.

Where are you based?

We treat patients in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

What does aftercare cost?

Your routine review appointments are included for the first year. After that, an annual check-up is £120 — for fixed full-arch teeth this includes removing the prosthetic, cleaning it and the implants properly, and refitting it.
