This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data held by Geuno Ltd (trading as Millineer). It also serves as the data deletion landing page required for our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) business integrations.

Request Data Deletion

1. Your Right to Erasure

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. This is also known as the "right to be forgotten."

We will honour your request promptly and without charge, subject to certain legal exceptions outlined below.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1 — Email (Preferred)

Please include your full name, email address and phone number so we can locate all records associated with you.

Option 2 — Written Request

We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and confirm deletion within 30 days.

3. What We Will Delete

Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete or anonymise:

• Your name, email address and phone number from our enquiry and contact records

• Appointment booking records (where retention is not legally required)

• Marketing opt-in records and email subscription data

• Data received via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms

• Cookie and analytics data associated with your device where technically possible

4. Exceptions — Data We May Be Required to Retain

In some circumstances we are legally required to retain certain data:

• Clinical dental records — the General Dental Council (GDC) requires us to retain patient records for a minimum of 11 years for adult patients, or until the patient's 25th birthday for minors. This is a legal obligation we cannot override.

• Financial records — we are required to retain financial records for a minimum of 6 years under HMRC regulations.

• Ongoing legal matters — data subject to legal proceedings or regulatory investigations.

Where we cannot delete data in full, we will inform you clearly of what is being retained, the legal basis, and when it will be deleted.

5. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Data Deletion

If you have submitted a lead form through our Facebook or Instagram advertisements, some of your data may have been received by us via Meta's lead generation tools.

To delete data held by us from Meta lead forms:

Email info@millineer.com with subject "Meta Data Deletion Request." Include the name and email address you used when submitting the form. We will delete this from our records within 30 days.

To delete data held by Meta directly:

Millineer does not control data held by Meta on its own platforms. To request deletion of data Meta holds about you:

6. Confirmation of Deletion

Once your data has been deleted, we will send you written confirmation by email. If your request cannot be fulfilled in full due to a legal retention obligation, we will explain which data is retained and why.
